My new ellipse 8 is frozen on one of my apps any suggestions?
Try holding the Power button for 20 seconds and see if that shuts the tablet off.

This isn’t want we want anyone to have to deal with. We’re so glad that you have reached out to us here because help is our middle name! I know that having apps on my device is a must & is pretty cool. When did this problem start to happen? What exact app is making the tablet freeze?
