Ellipsis 8- Will not connect to network

After having the Ellipsis 8 tablet for only a week, it will not connect to the network at all. Rebooted several times and turned off and on. What's causing this?

Crnolan - You've come to the right place for help. I'm here to assist. You should always have a working connection. Let's work together to figure this out. Is your data currently showing as turned on under Settings>Data Usage. If it isn't, please enable it so that your network connection returns. If it is, please do the following: Keep us posted with your results.
