How do I refresh
Do you mean, how do you force a check of the email server?
What application, the stock email program, or Gmail or some other email program you downloaded?
For the stock email program, the answer is on page 13 of your owner's manual. A swipe-down gesture should force a synchronization with the email server.
For Gmail, it turns out a swipe-down gesture is also used.
If you downloaded K9Mail (my favorite), it's... a swipe-down gesture also.
For other email programs? I don't know but maybe the same gesture..
