Ever since last update for Ellipsis 10 Dish Network app won't recognize the SD card

Ever since the last update the Dish Network app won't recognize the SD card so I can save movies to SD card ...it work fine prior to the last update for the Ellipsis 10 ...please help ....because the Ellipsis 10 has such a small built in memory the SD card is vital !
