Getting contacts from my home computer to the Ellipsis 8, or getting contacts from my iPhone 5s to my Ellipsis 8

I have just gotten an Ellipsis 8 tablet.  I would like to be able to transfer all of my contacts (231) which reside on my home computer, currently in Outlook 2010.  I can and have synced these contacts to my iPhone 5s through iTunes, an easy process.  I also have them in My Verizon contacts program.  How can I get them from my home computer, or from my iPhone 5s to my new Ellipsis 8 tablet?  Is it a straightforward program, and if so, how do I get to this program?  I would greatly appreciate any help in doing this.
