Our selfie option is gone. It is gone in Snapchat and in the camera app. There was always an icon in the top right corner to switch from the rear camera to the selfie camera and it is not there anymore. Can anyone help?

Hi. It started about 2 weeks ago. It's an ellipsis 7 or 8 gizmo tablet. Everything is up to date and the tablet was restarted. 

Snapchat is the only form of communication our children have with us throughout the day and not being able to have the camera rear facing is causing issues when trying to talk to them.

Yes, the top right corner of the device is kind of starting to come apart.

When we tap twice on the Snapchat screen nothing happens. It's like it is not even recognizing there is a forward camera.
