What I do so that I don't have to restart my tablet in order for mobile hotspot to turn on. When I turn it on nothing happens even though I wait long enough for it to turn on. When I restart the tablet it comes on find for the first time but then later , after I have turned it off and want to turn it on again, I have to restart again to turn it back on. Any idea if what is causing this and how to fix it?
