Depending on the launcher you are using you should be able to long press on the wallpaper or press the menu button (long press recent apps button to right of home) and scroll right through existing home screens and find and empty one with a large plus that you can click to add to your home screens. You can rearrange the order of them by long clicking one and dragging left/right, when you get to the edge it will pause briefly then scroll to that home screen. If you are using Google Now Launcher then you add a widget or app shortcut and drag it to the right and it will automatically create an additional home screen. If you are using another Launcher it will be similar and you would have to provide information on which you are using.
Go to your far left screen. Take any app icon and drag it to the left edge until it highlights and carries over to a new screen. You can do the same on the far right screen also.
You can also move icons from an existing screen to another existing screen using the same method.
Hope that helps. I called customer service and they didn't have a solution.
I just accidentally did it one day.
