Go to Settings, then under Accounts, tap whatever type of e-mail account it is (i.e., Corporate, IMAP, POP3) to get a list of the e-mail accounts in that category. Long-press the e-mail account and when you release your finger, you should see a screen that shows an envelope to the left of the e-mail account name. Tap the three dots in the upper right-hand corner, then tap Remove Account.
