I accidentally turned the brightness to zero

I accidentallt turned the brightness all the way down on my tablet and now cant see it to fix it....any help?

What happens when you plug it in to charge?

I have the Ellipsis 8 and I can't get the brightness down so low I can't see anything.  It's still there, just very dim.  With the tablet plugged in, drag from the top of the screen to pull down the quick settings panel - can you see anything there?
