its about a month old and i have had to enter the PUK code about 4 times and already a total reset i have called and complained and Ashley the manager i spoke to said she would call me back a day later her self and to no surprise i never received her call. I am fed up

I am on my 3rd device in the last 30 days. The 1st device started tomoverheat when turned on and the battery rapidly (within minutes) discharged  this was within the 1st week.  The 2nd device stopped openning apps and would notnallow a factory reset. The store replaced this again at the 14 day mark.  Now, two weeks later my 3rd device isnhaving the exact same issues as the 2nd.  Im done. This is unacceptable and the store refuses to issue another in store replacement after 2 weeks.  Crappy, buggy device.  I want a refund or another brand tablet from Verizon.

I understand your discontent Godfrey814! It is very strange to have these issues with multiple devices. While the store in unable to exchange your device after 14 days from purchase, your device is still within the manufacturers' warranty and it is eligible for a Certified Like New Replacement http://vz.to/uyYF0o if it is determined to be defective.
