Has anyone ever paid there phone bill a day early and it works until the morning after its due?if so what can i do to get my plan back on?

I'm wondering if it's because the due date and the payment were on the weekend... and the payment isn't credited till today, as the first business day after payment, but it was due the day before... Maybe if you'd paid on Friday it would have been better?  I'm guessing though.

Call pre-paid customer service from a landline - 888-294-6804, and see if they can find your $$ and get your account back on track.

Is this a pre-paid or post-paid account?  Did you pay the balance due in full?

its a prepaid account and yes i paid the full 45 dollars saturday my bill was due yesterday so i paid a day early and this morning it was working fine so i thought it just renewed but it just up and cut off
