This morning, I had one of my staff that has an I-phone 5, take a photo and send it to both my e-mail addresses (aol & Comcast).
The photo showed up as an attachment on my Comcast e-mail, I saved it as suggested in an earlier post, and then when I tried to open it on the e-mail, it said "fetching attachment" and then disappeared. I thought because I had at least saved it, I could find it somewhere. I cannot find it anywhere. When I re-open the e-mail, the attachment is not even there anymore.
In my aol e-mail, the photo attached never even showed up. Just the -email itself. I had her send it again with the attached photo, and again no attachment showed up.
The problem does appear to be with e-mail sent from I-phones with attachments. That being said, its a problem with the Tablet and Verizon needs to resolve it.
