Pulled out my tablet to let our friends young son play and it won't charge and all I get is a blank screen. Tried 3 different chargers and different cables. Any help would be appreciated.
Dawghowse, we are sorry to hear of your experience with this tablet. Let's work to ensure that it is charging and powering on again. Do you recall adding any new apps, games or software to the device recently? Has the device suffered any damage? Please press and hold the volume up button as well as the power lock button until the Ellipsis screen appears. Once we do have a screen, let's attempt that charge again.
