I have a Verizon Ellipsis 10 10 inch tablet. I received it last year at Christmas so it's only 10 months old. Recently it has difficulty holding any kind of a charge and won't charge to 100%. It also randomly shuts off on me all the time even when the battery is more than 50% full. Any advice on what I should do?
Is the device still under warranty? The battery is not user replaceable. Verizon Wireless does give some tips on proper battery use (I'm using my Samsung Galaxy S4 at this time, but a Google search pulled it up).
I would try some of the suggestions. If the situation doesn't improve, and if there is warranty coverage, I'd contact the company for a replacement.
