When I turn my Ellipsis 8 sideways (landscape psn) the screen gets dark and stays that way until I turn it upright again. Some apps need the landscape position to work and I cannot use those apps, very frustrating. Is something wrong with my tablet or is there a setting I don't know about?
I know I need my tablet working correctly. JAYMIT54 we want to be sure your screen turns with you. When did this first begin? Any recent changes like a software update or new apps?

My screen goes dark too. Just random suddenly, and I have to hit the power button to get it to come back up. Weird.
