Sim Card replacement port

Hello everyone from Virginia! I'm having an issue with my SIM Card port. Getting a SIM Card is not a problem but replacing the entire port seems to be quite a problem! Does anyone know where I might purchase a replacement port and if this a job only for techs??

Help would be appreciated!!!
