My tablet will start up optimize then it will shut down again and start back up and optimizes again. It does this all day long. Why
MUZICLADY63, we want you to have a device that you can rely on and enjoy comfortably. Dealing with a tablet that’s constantly optimizing and shutting down throughout the day is never the kind of experience that we would want you to have. Let’s get this fixed as soon as possible.
May we ask when this started happening? Do you recall any recent changes to the tablet prior to this? Can you please confirm the specific model of your device and the current software version? You can easily access this information by going to Settings > About Tablet > then checking the “model number” and “software version”.
