Is there away to transfer files from phone to Mirco SD card, I put the Card into the tablet slot but I don't see away to do it

If you're asking how to move files from the tablet's internal memory to the SD card, you can connect the tablet to your computer via the USB cable and 'drag and drop' the files, or you can install a file manager app from the Play Store and move files that way (photos, videos, music, documents, but not apps). 

If you're wanting to know how to move files from a phone to the tablet's SD card, one option is to copy the files from the phone to a cloud storage like Google Drive and then download the files to the tablet's SD card.
