I recently bought two Elipsis 8 and one of them is having some problems with video playback. Whenever I try to watch a video on Youtube or on Facebook it plays for about a second or two then the video goes straight to the end. This only seems to be happening on one of the tablets. Is it a defective tablet or are there software issues at play here?
We want you to be able to enjoy the videos from start to finish, lalit008. Since you have experienced the video skipping to the end with third party apps, it's important to ensure that your apps are up to date. Do you experience any problems when playing videos from the gallery? Is the tablet's software up to date? You can check by going to Settings>System Updates.
