Bigpopdowj,

Having the perfect volume is key on your device. You want to have it set to where it’s not too loud and not too soft. For you to experience low volume, we want to check on this for you. Has it always been this way? How long have you had the device? Do you have a case on the device? One option you may try is a Factory Data reset to the device as a last resort: http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-121119/
