What should I do if I forgot the pin code to unlock my screen?

I forgot the pin code to unlock the screen of my Verizon Ellipsis 7. I've tried up to twenty times between 20 second intervals. The system does provide prompt "Forgot Pin" to access gmail info.

BECKYBOO1016,

Oh no! Definitely hate it when this happens but we're here to help. Unfortunately there are not many options when you would be locked out of the device and this is primarily for security purposes. One option, if you previously set up and used the Android Device Manager feature prior to being locked out, would be to log into the Android Device Manager tool online with your Gmail account to reset the password. Try and log in here to see if you enabled this feature http://spr.ly/6581BIQTD.

If you are unable to log in and utilize this tool then the next step would be to reset the device completely in order to regain access to the device. If necessary you can see how to reset your device without accessing the settings by going here http://spr.ly/6582BIQTE.
