When I try to watch embedded video I received sound but the video is all purple. How can I fix this. Thanks in advance for any help.

Watching videos on a tablet is great and we want to make sure yours are working as they should. To be sure, does this happen with all videos or when accessing a specific app or website?

Let's work together to get this resolved. How are videos when you play them from your "videos" application or the Youtube App?
You mentioned multiple sites, do you mean all websites while in a web browser? Which browser are you using?

I use chrome as my browser. I can watch video on YouTube the YouTube app. Some Web sites work for video, here is one that does not:SENECA NIAGARA CASINOS PRESENTS 60 YEARS OF AMERKS MEMORIES

Thanks for providing those details. Would you say the more frequented sites tend to work more often? If you're finding specific sites that do not play video, that site may have a moble version that may help. Otherwise, if you can find something device specific that's experiencing issues, I believe the device is functioning properly and the website is just not completely compatible with your tablet.

What do you mean by that response, not compatible? I see the same problems that I have and no fixes!
