Why Aren't Some Apps Supported On My Ellipsis 8?

What can I do to download Disney jr app to granddaughter's ellipsis 8. Play store says not supported.

It's not supported on the Ellipsis 8.  Why? It doesn't say, but I suspect not enough RAM to run it?  Not enough processing power?  It's just not going to run on the tablet.

Contact the app developer and see if there's anything they can do.  The other alternative is to use a better tablet or a phone (it does says it's compatible with several of our phones, but not the tablet.)
