Why are pictures low quality when i use chrome or open some apps?

I search images on chrome and they are low quality and washed out. How can I fix this?

You might try to make sure Data Compression/Data Saver is turned off in Chrome Settings.

Please use the below workaround to resolve the issue:

1. Launch Chrome app.

2. In the web address bar enter: chrome://flags

3. Scroll down and find the item “Enable GPU rasterization” -> Change it to "Disabled".

4. Relaunch Chrome

Tried that only fixes chrome browser. Still same problem on many other apps.
