Using apps on a tablet are half the fun! Sometimes when a new device starts up for the first time, every app on there tries to update itself. Sometimes this cause a congestion and nothing will update or install. Try going into the play store and into “my apps.” If you see anything trying to download, tell it to stop. Then manually install each one. Let us know what happens!

If you have the app in two places and are signed in under the same e-mail then yes, it's synced. Did you end up getting it installed on your tablet?
