When we go to the internet to look at images, they look like negatives . we can look up the same images on our phones or computers an they are fine. What causes this?

I'm sure ur using Chrome so type this in the address bar....chrome://flags..... ( no dots) hit enter. Look down about 20 or so lines and ull see "enable gpu_rasterization" disable this and close chrome and next time u use it ull be fine.
