No damage, Started a couple of months after I received device (new out of

box). and yes same charger..  Yes, Factory reset several times, Yes running

latest updates,  Same problem that have been posted on boards multiple

times, Still no resolutions...

We know the importance on getting a resolution, Bmcorbett. I saw that you had indicated that you reset the tablet multiple times. When you reset the tablet, did you set it up as new, or did you restore all your previous information back on?
