I plugged my tablet in to charge and the battery symbol signifying charging. But a second later, the battery symbol pops up again but with a question mark inside it. Now my tablet won't turn on at all even with a hard reset. Please help!
Let's get that tablet up and running Cayla. Some more information is needed, please. Is there any physical/water damage to your device? When was the last time you were able to power on the tablet? In the mean time, connect it to a USB port on your computer and try to power on. Keep us posted.
