my ellipsis 10 will not do a system update. I keep checking to see if I have one, the tablet has been acting slow, and all I get is it checking and a spinning circle

Having the latest update is important Betsy24.We want to make sure that you have the latest update and make sure that your tablet does not act slow. Tikibar1 did provide a good link to see if you have the latest update. Have you checked that yet? Do you have enough memory http://spr.ly/6584DTIL0 on your device? Are you connected to WiFi when checking for the software update?
