Every since the kit Kat update my cell phone had been dripping calls like crazy! I pay well over 300.00 a month. Thinking about changing carriers because it seems as though Verizon isn't doing anything to fix this issue!

This same thisg has been happening to me also and then you'll get the no digital service when you are trying to place a call. They send you a new SIM card, then a new refurbished phone, then no answer at all from them when you call in and report a problem with it. I love my phone and have loved Veizon forover 14 years but I'm about done with them
