re calibrate orientation

Member

My eclipse 7 started going thru a reboot of some kind when I turned it on.  I pressed a bunch of things and stopped it.  Turned it off and back on. now the screen doesn't change orientation when I turn my device.  It's checked in the set up.

I tried a hard reset but still the same.

Thanks for any help

Dan

dlavery,

Let's see if we can get your Ellipsis tablet back up and running. What type of update was your device doing: software update or app update? When you say hard reset, was it a factory reset you performed?: http://vz.to/1GGdF19

Thanks for responding. When I turned it on it started going thru what

looked like a complete

reboot of the firmware maybe. I saw what looked liked calibrating numbers

for gps etc. That's when I started pressing buttons to try to stop it. I

then did a factory reset thru the system app.
