screen mirror tablet to TV

How can I screen mirror my ellipsis 8 tablet to my Samsung TV? It doesn't give the option even when I use the Wi-Fi direct option. Please help

Need more information on which Samsung TV you are using. The Ellipsis 8 supports MiraCast that comes as default on Google and not all Samsung TVs support it fully. You may have to use a Miracast dongle for the screen cast to work (like the Belkin Miracast Video Adaptor).

i have the 6300 series LED Samsung Smart Tv and under my network settings

it just has the Wifi Direct and AllShare(content share or screen mirror)

I use Chromecast. Chromecast - Android Apps on Google Play

Not sure whether the Samsung's AllShare is fully compliant with MiraCast. You may have to use a dongle intermediary for the screen share to work seamlessly.
