My tablet is locked saying it needs a 10 digit for the Sim card it's says it's PUK-LOCKED

PUK (PIN Unlock Key), is a security feature. If a PIN is entered incorrectly a certain number of times (usually 3 to 5), it will lock the SIM card. The PUK is usually 8 to 10 characters. To obtain the PUK code, you will need to contact your carrier. They will be able to provide you with this information.
