How to download my voice icon on my home page
I'm assuming you're referring to the Voice Search app? It should be available via the Google search bar at the top of the screen.
To place a shortcut on the home screen, go to Apps at the bottom of the home screen, long-press the app and drag it to where you want it on the home screen, and then let go.
