why cant i view google earth? I just get a black screen with the icons!

Thank you for your post. We are sorry that you are experiencing this Google Earth issue on your Ellipsis 8. This issue will be fixed in the next software update.

A software update for the Ellipsis 8 is available beginning today. The update will be rolled out to customers over the next few days, however you can manually pull the update by going to Settings > System Updates > Check for new system update.
