My son, who is on my acct, is not receiving any of my texts. He has deleted me from his contacts and re added me. He has restarted his phone. This has been going on since Friday. Actually, the last text he responded to was on Tuesday. It is now Monday. What else should he do besides deleting the app which we absolutely cannot do nor reset his phone.
The fix for some is to disable the Verizon Messages application and use the default messaging application from the manufacturer.
