2 factor authentication texts blocked

I cannot get 2 factor authentication texts from my bank. They do have my correct number as phone calls go through fine. I successfully receive 2 factor texts from numerous other companies except for this one bank. I do not have them blocked, VZ has checked my account hundreds of times and can’t see where they are blocked. I have had the same number for 30+ years. Back when you paid per text I am sure I told my bank not to text me/told Verizon to block texts from them. This is the only thing I can think of but am at a loss for how to fix. This has been happening for *years* at this point and neither VZ nor my bank know what to do. My bank sees the text going out so pretty sure they are being stoped by VZ somehow. This is extremely frustrating as I’m unable to link my bank account to things or do transfers without receiving a confirmation text. Will take any ideas you have…

Making sure you're able to get those 2 factor authentication texts from your bank so you can make changes to your account is very convenient and we want you to have access to them. We're going to send you a Private Note so we can help you.

I've been having the exact same issue for about 3 years now.  I've spoken to BoA multiple times, and they show me online that the texts are, in fact, being sent.  Then, when I speak to Verizon, they say I may have the BoA text-origination number blocked, and I should unblock it.  But 1) I didn't knowingly block the number(s), and 2) I don't even know what the origination number(s) is(are), so I can't unblock it(them).

Lastly, BoA Customer Service says they don't know the text-origination numbers are either.  This has been frustrating me for years.

Ideas?
