When I need to MFA texts from ID.me, they do not reach me. But if I select Call Me for verification, I get the phone call. What is going on? Is Verizon blocking texts from ID.me on all of their phones?
I've checked my Apple Messages settings on my iPhone and I do not have any numbers blocked.
Thanks for reaching out about the text being blocked bojana! What type of phone do you have? We can check out settings and/or any apps that could be blocking the ID.me notifications.

Hi. I have the same problem - no longer receiving ID.me texts but can receive ID.me phone calls for MFA. I use TracFone (Samsung A13?) but no new phone since March-April 2024 when texting MFA codes worked fine until this week. Please advise. Thank you.
Hello, Mark216, sorry to hear you're running into an issue with receiving messages. To make sure we're on the same page, you have the Tracfone deice activated on your Verizon plan, right? Are you receiving two-factor messages otherwise?
