About accessing Flix pix
miso_na_nya
Newbie

I have received two messages saying that I've got a flix pix message. I went to http://picture.vzw.com/pri/messages/folders.do?tab=messages then messages. But it doesn't have any messages for me. It only has Drafts (0 messages) and Sent Messages (0 messages). How do I view my received messages/inbox? Please help. I have attached a screenshot of what I found.

I can't begin to imagine what may be causing these messages, miso_na_nya. I appreciate the screenshot. Do me a favor and direct message me with your name & number.

We can certainly figure this out Motherbear. What phone do you have? Have you registered your line for My Verizon previously?

Log into your on-line MyVerizon account, then hover over MyVerizon at the top of the page ... click on My Messaging.  Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Manage Your Album.  Hopefully your pictures will be listed under My Media (or the message under Messages).

Mine just takes me to a blank screen...

The URL is interesting though:

https://login.verizonwireless.com/amserver/cdcservlet?TARGET=https%3A%2F%2Flogin.vzw.com%3A443%2Fcds...

This is after I've logged into my verizon....

VERY '!@#$' FRUSTRATING

We're full of answers, deadboy666. When you are logging into www.vzwpix.com, please make sure you're using your mobile number instead of a user name. This way, you can make sure you're logging in under your mobile number and not one of the other lines on your account (if that may apply). Also, how long ago did you get the notification? New messages are only saved to the online album for 7 days unless they are opened and moved to a new folder.

I have the same problem.

I used to be able to find them after much searching around, but menu items have changed and now I can't find it!

I, too, called tech support and nobody seems to no why.

Kind of seems scammy to get us to upgrade to newer phones since many people have had the problem and tech support here or on the phone have no clue.

Certainly doesn't instill confidence in their company!!!

After talking to tech support regarding this matter, I was PROMISED a telephone call the next day for directions on how I could access flix-pix on this site.

Of COURSE, I NEVER heard back from anyone.

SHAME ON YOU VERIZON! I am now in the process of using a different contact telephone number in case I want to cancel my service for Verizon since I am clearly not valued as a customer.

Hey nbipooh,

I am sorry to hear that you were promised a phone call and that you did not receive one back. We absolutely want to make sure that we are following through on our commitments and I can make sure that happens.  Allow me to restore your faith in Verizon Wireless so we can continue our relationship.

I would like to review your account in detail to see what was done and to see what the best resolution is. Please follow me and dm me your mobile number and billing system password so I can do some further investigating.

Thanks nbipooh. Did you have the opportunity to send your account information via PM? I'm sorry Nicholas is out of the office today; however, any of us are happy to assist you if you can resend the information via PM. Did you also know that we offer support on a more immediate basis via Twitter and Facebook?

If you want the e-mails to stop, you'll need to change your Preferences via the drop-down at the top of the page next to your user name.

The Verizon reps have attempted to assist you, but you'll need to Direct Message them your information, i.e.,

I am NOT sending out my password information and the fact that it would even be asked of me tells me of something fraudulent.

The other posts about this matter do not reflect anyone else being asked for their account information.

You are trying to force people to upgrade their phones even though we are paying for a service that we are not getting.

It will catch up to Verizon eventually.

I have looked at this and other threads related to the exact manner and

nobody else has been asked for their personal account information.

So...try again with another excuse.

I did that and I stated that if you read my first message when I started

the thread.

They had no idea but they were going to look into it and promised to call

me the next day.

I never got that phone call and I don't have endless hours to spend trying

to fight to receive what I have already been paying for just like the other

customers on this thread.
