Access to Notes on Account by Verizon Customer Service

How can I view, download or request the notes entered on my account by Verizon Wireless customer care, billing, etc from calls and other communications?

Great question! The notes on the account are only there for other representatives to see. You wouldn't be able to see them when you log on to your My Verizon account. Does this help clarify?
