Accidentally Deleted Text Messages

Is there anyway I can retrieve the text messages from a certain phone number. I need it badly and I accidentally deleted it. It was sent from the 23-24 May 2013.

Nope, once its been deleted, it cannot be retrieved, not the actual message atleast
