Account owner can't see numbers texted

I am the account owner. I can see times and dates for messages but I cannot see the numbers that are texted. Would like to know how to see the numbers. Have tried many options but none worked so far.

Sara314 It is important to see those numbers when you need them. Do you have Verizon Cloud set up to save those messages?-Dolores
