I saw this post and was happy to see it was answered.. but it's NOT answered...
It says to fix it you have to change the font size to SMALL. Um, that's not a fix - I need to be able to read the messages without touching my nose to the screen. Also it didn't address the other problems with the CPU usage and the freezing.
Verizon, is this on your list of things to fix? Please?
