Hello. Sometimes when I send OR receive a message, the message bubble is blank… I've tried quitting the app and rebooting. The ONLY way it get's fixed is if I resize the window on the current conversation that shows blanks.
App Version:

OS details:
macOS Sierra (Also has same issue on El Captain 10.11.6)
Version 10.12 (16A323)

We want you to be able to use your Verizon Messages application on all your devices. Have you attempted to remove the application and reinstall it? Also, does it only do this on your Mac?

Awatatah, we want this to work for you. You mentioned that the only way that this works is if you resize the window on the current conversation that shows the blank messages. Verizon Messaging allows you to take your conversations across multiple devices. Based on the details that you've provided, it sounds like this is an isolated issue on your device's software and not the actual Messaging application. The maximum viewing resolution of this application will vary based on the type of device you have. I apologize. We're unable to support or adjust the settings and resolution of your device.

um, you are incorrect. This has nothing to do with the resolution of my screen. This is 100% the Message+ app installed on my MacBook. The reason why I know this is because only "some" of the text doesn't appear. Did you read any of my original post showing the device I am on? I am a software developer and can tell if an issue like this is a bug in the app or the device. I think this is beyond your abilities to troubleshoot and I suggest that you elevate this issue to a higher level support specialist. If this issue is not resolved, you are going to lose a lot of ratings from OSX users!
