Verizion Messenger+ is being demised on November 7.
I need to back up my entire history of years of messages with their embeedded content of photos and videos. On November 7, I will lose all of my VERY important message content from Messenger+
Google Messenger does not inherit or carry forward my history of Messenger + messages.
There is no link in the Verizon Cloud app to Messages to locate whatever messages have been uploaded.
How do I Archive a few years worth of messages with their embeded content of videos and photos and retrieve all the content after November 7 ?
2 hours with live Tech Support hase been useless
Please provide detailed instructions on how to archive the entire histoy of messages with their embedded content ASAP.
According to the website, you can still view your old messages in Messages+, it's just that you can't send/receive anything with Messages+ any more after the shutdown. Have you tried the SMS backup and restore app available at app stores to back up your texts?
