Is there a way to block pornographic pics from my inbox? or just block all incoming videos or pictures from my message inbox? I have the LQ VX8700 I still wan to be able to send pics.. (normal ones)
There isn't a perfect answer to your question, but there are SOME options.
The only way of really blocking MMS messages is to add what's called the National Access Block. It will, however, prevent you from also sending MMS messages.
Do you know the number(s) you are getting the messages from? If so, and you don't want to receive any messages from those specific numbers you can block up to 5 numbers from calling or messaging you. This can be done through your MyVerizon account under MyServices > VZ Safeguards > Spam Controls > Call & Message Blocking.
If these messages are coming from a website address or an email address then you also have the option of blocking those types of addresses through the Spam Controls menu.
So again, not perfect solutions, but that is what's out there.
