Thank you
I think there may be a intruder in my marriage and someone told me that if I had the main account and she was a second line that I was able to look at texts

What exactly do you mean by "CHECK"? You can go back three months on your billing details online and see all the numbers, dates, and times text messages were sent and received, and the numbers involved.
You cannot get content of text messages that have been deleted except with w court order.
You can see the content of messages that have not been deleted by viewing them on the device.

You cannot see the content of the text messages unless you have the phone itself and the messages have not been deleted.
The main account holder can view the time, date, and numbers texted to and from each line on the account for the current cycle and 3 cycles back. You cannot see the content of those messages without a court order.

I am hoping for some clarification on the length of time text messages remain on Verizon servers. I have read 3-5 days, 10 days, and even months or years. What is the correct length of time? I would like to access my own older texts, but do not want to proceed with obtaining a court order if it will prove to be a futile effort. Thanks!

If you are viewing your text usage online, you can only go back as far as 3 months. This will only show you the time, date and the number the message was sent to or received from.
If you have a court's subpoena, the actual content of the text message will not be available if it has been more than 240 hours(10 days) since the message was delivered.
