I re ently put my weird neighbor on call block thru my accpunt. We get 5 free number blocks.
Ever since then I have been receiving texts from my own number. Usually 3 at a time. They all say the same thing.
"Recipient has insufficient funds to receive message."
I believe my neighbor is trying to text. I guess he can't take a hint.
Can anyone explain this?
