Can I have two phones linked to my Windows computer Verizon Messages app

I currently have my phone linked to my Windows computer Messages App. Can I also link my wife's phone to the app to get her messages too?

I believe that the app is for one line only. If so...you would need to log out of your account and log into your wife's in order to see her text messages.
